Visionsound®, Inc. was incorporated June 1, 1996 in Sherman Oaks, CA for the purpose of serving the entertainment, semi-conductor and musical instrument industries with programming, music and audio content production. Founded by composer and synthesist Ben Dowling, it has served as a business vehicle to integrate various technological and creative solutions towards the expansion of music and content development. Clients have included musical instrument manufacturers Korg and Yamaha to pop sensations Madonna and the late, Michael Jackson.

"The world is changing so fast with the introduction of new technologies and inter-communication, it is vital that we take a pro-active stance in the face of this. As content creators, we need to insure that the creative juices continue to flow while creating competitive artistic products, services and integrations," says Dowling, now focused on the creative side of the business.
